It would be hard to imagine Easter without eggs but do you know why we eat them?

Collect Easter eggs to make ill children happy

Easter Campaign

Eggs are a symbol of hope and new life. Today billions of people all over the world believe that by dying and coming back to life, Jesus gave people the chance to know God in a new way. Christians follow him and know his love in their lives too. We at Street Orphans are appealing for Easter eggs for children at a number of hospitals across West Yorkshire. We will deliver chocolate treats to young people in Bradford Royal Infirmary, Leeds General Infirmary (LGI), St James’s University Hospital, Calderdale Royal Hospital, Pinderfields General Hospital & Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. You have until 16th of April Easter Sunday (16.04.2017) to donate your Easter eggs. We will deliver the following day to the above hospitals.
